Other miRNAs were not ranked at the top 30 of comparative activity mode (Methods), however they show highly significant differential activity (corrected WRS p -value < 1 e −40) and substantial activity in at least one of the populations (activity p -values below 1 e − 4 among at least third of cells in at least one population).
