Idarubicin group had more CR rate than daunorubicin group with marginal significance ( P = 0.06, see Table 2 ). 4 NR patients after first course of induction didn’t undergo the second course of chemotherapy and were unevaluable if they are chemotherapy refractory or not. 2 of them died of serious infections post chemotherapy and other 2 of them was bridged to transplantation directly.
