Furthermore, in the ABTS· + radical scavenging assay, a decreasing trend in the characteristic peak at 734 nm was observed with increasing concentration, and the scavenging rate for ABTS· + radicals reached 97.79 % at 100 μg/mL MnGA, which was consistent with the results of the DPPH· assay ( Fig. 2 f and g).
