As shown in Figure 4 , donors (P3HT, PM6, PTO2) show an increasing trend in Ohmic conductivity, but the SCLC mobility does not change significantly during air exposure, suggesting that the increase in conductivity is more dependent on the increase of free charge carrier (the holes) concentration induced by O 2 or O 2 /H 2 O complex in air, rather than an increase in mobility.
