For the mare milk products, D[4,3] values were obtained which differed little from each other (i.e., 163.0 μm (MM) and 181.2 μm (MMFO)), while for the cow milk products, the obtained values were definitely higher, and additionally, the difference in values between MM and MMFO was highly significant (415.4 μm versus 351.4 μm, respectively).
