In particular, interfering with visuo-spatial attention and arithmetic caused the highest Wf increase (2.3- and 2-fold increase from single task respectively, both post-hoc t -tests p < 0.0001; see also Table S2 ), while loading auditory attention had a smaller (1.6- fold increase, post-hoc t -test p = 0.006; see also Table S2 ), yet highly significant, effect on Wfs (see post-hoc t -tests comparing DTs in Table S4 ).
