Socioeconomic stratification suggested a marginally significant interaction (P-interaction = 0.094), with the strongest protective effects observed in the highest socioeconomic group (PIR > 3.5), where the highest OBS quartile was associated with a 78% reduced odds of glaucoma (OR = 0.22, 95% CI: 0.10–0.50).
