Comparing the MiP 1 and MiP 3 population, a highly significant difference in waist circumference was found (t[1] = 5.86 p = <0.01), as well as the pre‐morbid BMI (t[1] = 2.73 p = <0.01), and the amount of weight gain within 4 weeks was significantly different (t[1] = −11.07 p < 0.01).
