The results of alpha diversity showed that compared to the control group, as the infection time increased, the Ace, Chao, and Shannon indices generally exhibited a decreasing trend, while the Simpson index showed the opposite trend, especially the 7 d groups (Ace, P = 0.03615, Chao, P = 0.03615, Shannon, P = 0.02157, Simpson, P = 0.02157) ( Fig. 2A ).
