Such feelings were found to be characteristic of patients’ narratives of remaining symptoms after COVID-19 infection, and their analysis contributes added focus, depth, and granularity to the understanding of the patients’ lived experiences, which may be significant in being able to better capture the specific challenges facing persons living with symptoms indicative of PCC and, thereby, in designing and implementing rehabilitation programs apt to assist the recovery of the many survivors of COVID-19 with persisting problems.
