In Figure 8B , the CAM-BE gel group showed a significantly lower swelling rate (P < 0.001) in the auricles of the mice compared to the model group, the adapalene gel and free CAM gel groups exhibited a decrease (P < 0.01) in the swelling rate of the auricle, in contrast, the saline group exhibited a decreasing trend in the swelling rate, although this change was not statistically significant.
