Additional ADME proteins were differentially expressed but narrowly missed significance, namely the ABC transporter ABCA2, alcohol dehydrogenases ADH4 and ADH6, glutathione S-transferases GSTA2 and MGST3, solute carrier organic anion transporter SLCO1B3 , and the superoxide dismutase SOD3 that tended to be reduced, whereas GSTM1 and the solute carrier SLC22A18 tended to be considerably higher (Fig. 2 B; Supplementary Table 1 ).
