In the paradoxical group, a nonsignificant trend toward larger adenomas in responders was evident based on the prevalence of macroadenomas (responders, 100%; nonresponders, 33%), median tumor volume (responders, 2.7 cm 3 ; nonresponders, 0.22 cm 3 ), and diameter (responders, 19 mm; nonresponders, 12 mm) (see Table 3 ).
