After 21 days of intervention, compared with the PSD group and self PSD modeling, the sugar water consumption, vertical movement score, and horizontal movement score of rats in the Siguan and Bifidobacterium group increased significantly ( P < 0.05); Compared with the Bifidobacterium group, the sugar water consumption, vertical and horizontal exercise scores of the Siguan group showed an increasing trend but the differences were not statistically significant.
