19 During normal pregnancy, the concentration of Hcy in the blood shows a decreasing trend, with a more pronounced decrease during 8–12 weeks of pregnancy. 20 , 21 In our study, we observed that plasma Hcy levels in RSA patients were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women during the same period (6–10 weeks of gestational age), suggesting a correlation between increased plasma Hcy concentration and RSA.
