Patients showed an increasing trend in systemic immune-inflammatory index (SII) and plasma white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils (NE) after surgery, while lymphocytes (LY) decreased postoperatively, indicating an enhanced systemic inflammatory response and decreased immune capacity following CABG.
