Da Costa et al., in their prospective observational study on extreme preterm neonates, found that the mean (SD) MAP at which cerebrovascular reactivity is maximized within the first 24 h after birth was 31.3 (4.7) mm Hg, with this value showing an increasing trend with the GA.
