An increasing trend was observed from the beginning to the middle and end of the shift in the BJ for observed richness (335 vs 356 and 386, respectively, Fig. 5B ) and Shannon’s diversity (4.35 vs 4.44 and 4.54, respectively, Fig. 5C ), although none of these differences were statistically significant at the P < 0.05 level.
