volvulus transmission in Maridi has been on a downward trend, although the reduction in OV16 seroprevalence was not yet significant after 3 y of intervention. 5 It is worth noting that all the interventions were feasible, acceptable to the local communities and implemented with the full involvement of the county health authorities and the national MOH.
