We found a marginally significant interaction between HT and baseline age such that older HT users exhibited marginally faster rates of neocortical Aβ accumulation relative to older non-users [Aβ = −0.07; 95% confidence interval (CI), −0.01 to 0.15; P = 0.051; Fig. 1 and Table 2 ], adjusting for baseline BMI × time.
