Development and validation of machine learning models with blood-based digital biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis: a multicohort diagnostic study.

In our study, all six AD spectral digital biomarkers (1358 cm −1 , 1396 cm −1 , 1547 cm −1 , 1628 cm −1 , 1636 cm −1 , and 1649 cm −1 ) belong to the 1750-1200 cm −1 region, where their intensities consistently showed a decreasing trend in AD patients.
