Urban facilities exhibited higher preparedness levels regarding usual enteral feeds, whereas rural facilities were more likely to maintain adequate stocks of RUTFs ( χ 2 = 10.431, p = 0.001), revealing an unexpected trend that requires further exploration. ∘ We also identified key factors that influence facility readiness, including training of health workers, availability of resources, and infrastructure, which can inform policy and programmatic interventions.
