In the GERD group, mean fluorescence intensity of immunodominant donor-specific antibodies (DSAs) was significantly increased at M6 and M12, as compared to day 0 (M6 vs day 0, p < 0.0001, and M12 vs day 0, p = 0.003, respectively), whereas in noGERD patients, only a nonsignificant trend toward an increase of immunodominant DSAs was observed at M6 (M6 vs day 0, p = 0.058), without difference at M12 (M12 vs day 0, p = 0.42, respectively) ( Table 2 ).

Graft survival was greater for the GERD-ARS than noGERD patients (log-rank, p = 0.039), and a slight trend toward higher survival was also observed as compared to GERD-noARS patients, but without significant difference (log-rank, p = 0.216).
