In addition, we extracted total proteins from tobacco leaves of the experimental and control groups, respectively, for the determination of the expression level of the GUS reporter gene, which was quantified according to the amount of fluorescent material produced by the total plant proteins per unit time, the results showed that the activity of GUS in the experimental group was higher than that in the control groups, and showed highly significant differences compared to positive control groups (Fig. 11 B).
