Between 30°C and 37°C, we observed an increased number of aggregate-positive cells (defined as a cell which contains at least one detected iPAR fluorescent focus) by a factor of approximately 2.5, from an average of 19% (±5.8, s.d.) to 47% (±9.4), corresponding to a Student’s t -test p value of 7.59 x 10 -5 (i.e., highly significant).
