The best model for survival was an additive model (family:binomial, logit link: survival ∼ population + temperature, AIC (Akaike Information Criterion) = 1665, P < 2e −16 ), with highly significant effects for both population and acclimation temperature (analysis of deviance; supplementary table S5, Supplementary Material online).
