While patients with baseline uACR ≥ 2.0 g/g had an annual uACR decline of −0.25 [–0.30; −0.20] g/g per year, uACR remained stable in patients with uACR 1.0–2.0 g/g and showed an increasing trend in patients with baseline uACR < 1.5 g/g (Fig. 2 , Table S4 ). uACR and risk of adverse kidney events During follow-up, 667 MAKE and 517 KRT events occurred, and 528 patients experienced an eGFR decline of a magnitude >30% from baseline.
