3.4 Overall spatiotemporal analysis The spatiotemporal analysis from March 2015 to March 2019 identified two significant clusters of ILI cases ( Fig 4 ), the first cluster, comprising the provinces of Khuzestan, Fars, Kerman, Yazd, Isfahan, Bushehr, Hormozgan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, exhibited an observed/expected ratio of 6.02 and an RR of 6.47, with highly significant p-values.
