We analyzed the effects of microbial diversity and elevated temperature using a linear mixed-effects model with incubators as a random factor, followed by two-way ANOVAs, with a p -value cutoff of 0.05, and considered p -values that fell between 0.05 and 0.10 as marginally significant.
