Among individual DMTs, teriflunomide exhibited the largest increase as a first-line medication (7.8%–12.0%, +4.2 pp, p < 0.05), followed by an increasing trend for ocrelizumab (6.8%–9.3%, +2.6 pp, ns; Figure 3(b) ).
