There were fewer tolerant genera of yeast in samples that were incubated at 30 °C when the ethanol concentration was raised from 8 to 16%. Figure 12a shows the results of a repeated measures one-way ANOVA with a Geisser-Greenhouse’s epsilon correction, which showed a significant change (P = 0.0260) of the number of tolerant yeasts to ethanol concentrations between genera of yeasts (columns) and a highly significant difference (P < 0.0001) between ethanol concentrations (rows).
