As Pb(II) concentrations increased, the adsorption capacity for Cd(II) exhibits a decreasing trend, although the rate of decrease varies across different Pb(II) concentration ranges (Fig. 7 b), whereas variations in Cd(II) concentrations had minimal impact on Pb(II) removal (Fig. 7 c).
