Compared with the inflammatory model group, the mRNA levels of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and iNOS in the Irisin intervention group significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.028, P = 0.005, P = 0.031 and P = 0.032, respectively); the CD86 mRNA levels in the Irisin intervention group showed a decreasing trend, but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.053).
