Prevotella , the predominant bacterial genus among high-altitude inhabitants ( 14 ), displayed a decreasing trend in abundance from 36.02% at high altitude to 35.57% after 1 week of reoxygenation, with a further decline to 29.68% at 1 month, followed by stabilization at 30.02% at 4 months (HADA_4 m) ( Fig. 2d ).
