The 2-way interaction between stress and plasticity was significant for the fraction of time spent immobilized ( p = 0.000005; Table 2 ) and borderline significant for the latency to first immobilization ( p = 0.051; Table 2 ), with post-hoc (Tukey) tests revealing a significant, almost uniform increase in the fraction of time spent immobilized and a significant reduction in time lapsed to first immobilization only in adult WT mice ( Figures 2A , B ; Tables 1 , 2 ).
