A modestly significant difference in the changes in the Chinese MetS Z score was also observed between the two groups at 3 months (mean difference: −0.25 [95% CI, −0.44 to −0.06]) and 12 months (mean difference: −0.21 [95% CI, −0.40 to −0.01]), but no significant difference was observed at 6 months (Table 4 ).
