After treatment of 786-O cells with different concentrations of BBM, the cell activity was detected by AlamaBlue assay, and the results revealed that the activity of 786-O cells showed a decreasing trend with the increase of drug concentration at different observation times, and the cell activity was lower with the extension of time, indicating that the inhibition of proliferation of 786-O cells by BBM was time-dependent and dose-dependent.
