Western blotting results showed that the expression of caspase-12, and Bax was significantly increased and the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased, while the expression of cleaved caspase-3 also showed an increasing trend, but there was no significant difference in caspase-3 in the hippocampus after noise exposure.
