Along with recent findings of a numerical trend toward improvement in both OS and PFS with first-line lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab vs. lenvatinib monotherapy in participants with advanced HCC (LEAP-002; NCT03713593 ), although prespecified statistical significance for OS or PFS were not met, 20 these results provide additional evidence for pembrolizumab in the treatment of advanced HCC.
