a decreasing trendno p-value reported
In the plateau environment, although the oxygen content of the air is still close to 21%, the decrease in air pressure leads to a decreasing trend in the partial pressure of inspired air oxygen and alveolar oxygen partial pressure that is positively correlated with altitude, and the most important physiological alterations that occur at this time are an increase in the hypoxia ventilation reaction (HVR) and hypoxia pulmonary vasoconstriction (hypoxia pulmonary vasoconstriction HPV), a physiological response aimed at decreasing perfusion in poorly ventilated lung regions and redistributing more blood flow to well oxygenated regions, as well as hypoxic stimuli leading to vascular remodeling of the middle and small pulmonary arteries.
