No trends in vital signs, electrocardiograms, or laboratory hematology or chemistry parameters were observed, with the exception of a possible trend of increased TC and LDL-C at greater-than-anticipated therapeutic exposures, which is therefore not expected to occur at clinically relevant concentrations.
