In rats, although mRNA expression was no statistically significant difference in the Sham group compared to the 3 h ( Pipk1c , Nlgn2 , and Agpat1 ) and the 6 h compared to the 12 h group ( Agpat1 ) ( Figure 4 a,b,e), the mRNA expression of Pip5k1c , Nlgn2 , Fzd2 , Agpat1 , and Degs2 showed a decreasing trend with infarct extension, with the greatest difference in the 12 h group compared to the Sham group ( Figure 4 ).
