High‐density lipoprotein (HDL) levels showed an increase in MSE‐treated groups, starting from 32 ± 1.15 mg/dL in the negative control to 35.3 ± 1.20 mg/dL (250 mg/kg), 44.6 ± 1.45 mg/dL (500 mg/kg), and 48.2 ± 1.15 mg/dL (1000 mg/kg), indicating a potential positive effect on HDL levels, though these changes were highly significant, as described in Table 8 .
