The data demonstrated an increasing trend of amino acids in LY9-treated samples, with only six amino acids showing decreased levels: L-valyl-L-leucine, Val-trp, L-homocysteine, L-leucyl-L-leucine, and L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine (Fig. 5 A).
