A recent systematic review and meta-analysis focused on the effectiveness of exercise models on cancer-related fatigue, aerobic and/or resistance exercise, and showed a positive trend in reducing cancer-related fatigue during chemotherapy in a population with a mean age of 52.6 ± 11.3, and including 82% of women [ 28 ].
