For observed heterozygosity ( H o) and the inbreeding coefficient based on SNP homozygosity ( F h), there were no significant differences among the three generations, but the inbreeding coefficient based on ROH increased with generations (Figure S1a ), which indicated that the inbreeding coefficient showed an increasing trend with continuous genetic breeding.
