The results showed that the expression level of PastRH1 decreased by 60.5% in females at 72 h post-treatment ( Figure 6 A), showing a highly significant difference compared to the control group ( p < 0.01); in males, expression decreased by 74.6% at 48 h ( Figure 6 D), also showing a highly significant difference ( p < 0.01).
