The AUC values were 0.314 (95% CI: 0.225–0.403) for mild RLS, 0.614 (95% CI: 0.519–0.709) for moderate RLS, 0.913 (95% CI: 0.859–0.967) for severe RLS, and 1.000 (95% CI: 1.000–1.000) for very severe RLS, showing an increasing trend in classification accuracy with higher RLS severity.
