Nevertheless, consistent with the predominant B-cell proliferation in convalescent HNC participants ( Figure 4 D), the frequency of proliferating SARS-CoV-2-specific B-cells was positively correlated with plasma levels of NC IgG Abs, with a significant correlation for Spike-specific B-cells ( Figure 4 F, left panel) and a marginally significant correlation for NC-specific B-cells ( Figure 4 F, right panel).
