The absorbance of KMnO 4 at 525 nm exhibited a decreasing trend with the increasing concentration of PTPPG (0–10 μg mL −1 ) and Glu (0–5 mM) (Figure S7A and B , Supplementary Information), successfully verifying that GOx on PTPPG with high enzymatic activities catalyzed the Glu oxidation in solution phase at pH of 4.
